Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to form a rectangle about 12 by 15 inches. This will be the base for layering your fillings.
  2. Layer your fillings: Spread a thin and even layer of marinara sauce over the dough, leaving about an inch border on the edges. Then evenly arrange your Italian deli meats and mozzarella across the surface. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning for extra flavor.
  3. Roll it up tightly: Starting from one long edge, carefully roll the dough into a tight log, sealing the seam and ends by pinching them together to prevent filling leakage.
  4. Brush and prepare to bake: Transfer the rolled stromboli onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush it with egg wash to promote browning, and sprinkle grated Parmesan evenly on top.
