Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Thaw puff pastry sheets if frozen and lay them flat on a clean surface. Slice ham and cheese into strips that fit inside the pastry strips.
  2. Cut the Puff Pastry: Cut pastry into even strips about 1 to 1.5 inches wide, suitable for holding ham and cheese lengthwise.
  3. Assemble the Sticks: Place a slice of ham and a strip of cheese on one side of each pastry strip, fold the other side over, and gently press edges to seal.
