Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms: Carefully clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set them aside. Place the mushroom caps upside down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, combine the sautéed stems, lump crab meat, cream cheese, parmesan, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning. Mix gently to blend flavors while keeping the crab lumps intact.
