Instructions

  1. Prep the slider buns: Slice the buns horizontally, keeping the bottom half intact to hold the fillings. Spread a generous amount of garlic butter (butter mixed with minced garlic) on both the inside top and bottom halves to create a flavorful, golden crust after baking.
  2. Layer the Italian meats and cheese: Place a base layer of provolone cheese on the bottom bun. Evenly arrange slices of spicy salami, pepperoni, and capicola over the cheese. Optionally, add another layer of provolone cheese on top for extra meltiness.
