Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness, then transfer it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza stone for even cooking and a crisp crust.
  2. Cook Chicken and Bacon: Cook the chicken breast until juicy and tender by poaching, grilling, or pan-searing. Fry bacon strips until crispy, then drain on paper towels. Once cooled, shred the chicken and chop the bacon into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Assemble the Pizza: Lightly brush olive oil over the dough’s surface. Spread a generous layer of smoky BBQ sauce, leaving a small border around the edges.
